Team Lead, Employment & Rewards

About the role

Konecranes is seeking a Team Lead for Employment & Rewards to oversee global service delivery within its People Operations Service Center. This fixed‑term maternity‑cover position will guide a multi‑country team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality HR services across a complex international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employment & Rewards service area, guaranteeing reliable delivery and a positive customer experience.
• Monitor service performance, workload, capacity and quality, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Propose improvements, clarifications, or prioritisation where needed.
• Coach and develop team members, setting clear expectations and supporting growth.
• Oversee Employee Lifecycle services, including organization management, exits, employment movements and related data processes.
• Manage Compensation & Benefits services, covering annual reward and incentive processes within scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other People Operations teams to align delivery, resolve issues and simplify services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in HR shared services, Employee Lifecycle, and/or Compensation & Benefits.
• Previous experience as a team lead or manager; international or multi‑location team experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams, balancing operational priorities and making sound decisions.
• Experience managing service delivery, workload, quality or operational performance in a shared‑services environment.
