Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide 24/7 IT support for business‑critical systems. You will manage incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts while delivering prompt assistance to users via email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts across critical applications.
• Log and respond to customer inquiries received by email and phone.
• Prioritize and categorize incoming tickets for efficient handling.
• Perform first‑line analysis and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers and coordinate resolution.
• Handle user access requests and maintain accurate documentation of support activities.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
• Eagerness to learn new applications, support processes, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures while exercising sound judgment.
• Analytical mindset for log review and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
