Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a global team that provides 24/7 IT support for business‑critical systems. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts across critical applications.
• Log and respond to customer inquiries received via email and phone.
• Prioritize and categorize incoming tickets to ensure efficient handling.
• Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting as first‑line support.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support levels and coordinate timely resolution.
• Process user access requests and maintain accurate documentation of all support activities.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in an IT support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
• Eagerness to learn new applications, support processes, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures while exercising sound judgment.
• Analytical mindset for log review and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
