About the role

As a Service Consultant you will be the main point of contact for customers after they have purchased a vehicle. You will advise them on maintenance, organise repair work and promote our range of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to after‑sales customers on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule and coordinate service and repair appointments.
• Promote and sell automotive parts, accessories and service packages.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders.
• Collaborate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the automotive sector.
• Technical understanding or relevant education.
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Estonian (spoken and written) and conversational in Russian and English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to organise service workflows.
