About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join Grohe’s Baltic Order Management team on a part‑time basis. The role supports sales and logistics across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, providing customers with fast, accurate service while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders using SAP and the CSD system.
• Handle warranty reports and invoice processing.
• Communicate price information and monitor delivery dates for clients.
• Prepare stock reports and manage invoice administration.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university programme in technology, business, logistics or a related field, with at least two years of study remaining.
• Responsible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Curious and quick to acquire new knowledge.
• Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Familiar with fast‑paced, sales‑oriented environments.
