Third Party Risk Management Specialist – Fixed Term

About the role

Wise is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Specialist on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. You will act as the liaison for allocated business areas, overseeing the full lifecycle of third‑party risk management (TPRM) activities and ensuring robust risk controls across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, evaluate and prioritise third‑party risks.
• Oversee due‑diligence processes and external surveys, ensuring timely completion and escalation of gaps.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for third‑party providers, tracking performance and communicating issues to Relationship Owners.
• Implement continuous monitoring mechanisms for ongoing TPRM activities.
• Develop and execute exit strategies, managing data transfer, service transition and contract termination.
• Coordinate with Relationship Owners and third‑party providers to ensure all TPRM steps are completed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in third‑party risk management or related compliance functions.
• Ability to work hands‑on, manage multiple stakeholders and drive TPRM processes forward.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for liaison between business areas and external providers.
