About the role

Autolivi is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to help keep its production environment safe and efficient. You will work in a multinational team focused on developing safety systems for vehicles that save lives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and well‑functioning production workplace.
• Conduct risk analyses and organise workplace measurements and internal controls.
• Prevent accidents and take part in accident investigations.
• Update safety instructions and support machine‑safety assessments.
• Assist in meeting ISO 45001 requirements and support environmental management.

Required profile

• Relevant education in occupational safety or currently studying for it.
• Interest in developing professionally in the field of work safety.
• Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.
• Solution‑oriented, systematic, independent and ready to take responsibility.

Required skills

• ISO 45001 compliance knowledge.
• Risk analysis techniques.
• Occupational safety expertise.
