About the role

The Safety and Crisis Resilience Manager will lead the development and implementation of a holistic safety and continuity approach across all Enefit units in Estonia and the Baltics. This senior position reports to the COO and plays a strategic role in ensuring operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage occupational safety and business continuity at the corporate level.
• Lead crisis management activities, including incident response, learning, and post‑incident analysis.
• Oversee key performance indicators, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with national legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
• Guarantee critical asset continuity and readiness for crisis situations.
• Develop safety culture, processes, and management systems.
• Collaborate with leaders, employees, and external partners to create a safe and resilient work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading occupational safety functions.
• Willingness to travel to Enefit sites across the Baltics.
• Proven experience in continuity assurance, audits, and incident investigations.
• Strong knowledge of root‑cause analysis methodologies and data‑driven tools.
• Systematic, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous process improvement.
• Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Estonian and English; Russian is a plus.
