About the role

Net Group is looking for a Recruitment and Office Specialist to cover a maternity‑leave period. You will support managers throughout the hiring process and ensure the office runs smoothly, creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: define profiles with hiring managers, post job ads, screen CVs, conduct pre‑selection and initial interviews, schedule final interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Assist the HR team with onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Handle daily office administration: welcome visitors, manage phone calls, mail, subscriptions and employee gifts, coordinate with couriers and service providers.
• Organise internal events such as monthly office parties, Christmas celebrations and smaller gatherings.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
• Proven experience in office administration and event organisation.
• Strong communication skills, openness and confidence in interacting with people.
• Systematic, accurate and reliable work style.
