Integrated Solutions Manager

About the role

Deel is looking for an Integrated Solutions Manager to own and drive Embedded implementation projects from planning through execution. You will act as the primary technical liaison for client engineering teams, shaping requirements and delivering seamless API integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical engagement point for clients' product and engineering teams during Deel Embedded implementations.
• Proactively shape requirements, strategy, and execution alongside clients and internal teams.
• Act as the hands‑on problem‑solver for unresolved integration and API issues, escalating when necessary.
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to testing, creating tailored integration plans based on each client’s architecture.
• Collaborate with Deel’s product, engineering, and onboarding teams to remove blockers and drive implementations forward.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of technical experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Previous experience in Account Management or a similar client‑facing role is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder implementation projects with a proactive, execution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of API integrations and hands‑on experience architecting or troubleshooting integration solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages (a plus).
