IT Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

As an IT Onsite Support Engineer at Luminor, you will ensure a smooth technology experience for all employees. You will provide both onsite and remote assistance, maintain end‑user devices, and help keep the workplace IT environment reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver second‑line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving peripherals, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related equipment.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Support meeting‑room video‑conferencing and other collaboration technologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, asset inventory and support procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting desktop, laptop and mobile hardware.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Autopilot.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and printing management solutions.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and service‑management processes.
• Proficiency with ticketing, asset and configuration‑item management systems and remote‑support tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer‑service skills.
