Project Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to join PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization. The role involves clinical project budgeting, negotiating and analysing budgets, and supporting proposals and contract management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study budgets, including proposals and change‑order budgets for ongoing projects.
• Manage the study budget throughout the clinical project lifecycle, maintaining finance information in internal systems, preparing accrual reports and processing invoice requests.
• Prepare sponsor agreements and change orders, and create payment schedules.
• Set up and maintain project‑specific timesheets, reconciling actual costs against budgeted amounts on a regular basis.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis within a CRO environment.
• Fluent English (CEFR C1) and strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and train colleagues.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
