Senior BPM Engineer / Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BPM Engineer / Systems Analyst to design, implement and maintain BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8, driving automation for customer support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement BPMN workflows and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8 for both new initiatives and continuous improvements.
• Configure and maintain logic and prompts in no‑code AI platforms, including voice‑bot call flows and LLM classifiers.
• Support, debug and deliver quick fixes for active automation scenarios in production environments.
• Integrate processes with internal and external systems using REST APIs, JSON and Kafka message brokers.
• Collaborate with product, technical and analytics teams to align automation with business goals.
• Champion emerging AI and automation technologies across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with production BPM engines, including end‑to‑end design and deployment.
• Proven ability to gather and clarify technical requirements together with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Camunda 7/8, BPMN 2.0, DMN and FEEL.
• REST API, JSON and Kafka integration.
• SQL for data validation and process analysis.
• No‑code/low‑code AI platforms and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with LLM‑based classifiers.
