Treasury Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to support Bolt’s rapid growth through strong treasury operations, effective risk management and scalable financial processes. You will lead activities across safeguarding, liquidity management and cash‑flow forecasting while continuously improving the underlying systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead safeguarding operations, designing and maintaining procedures in collaboration with Engineering, Product and other stakeholders.
• Manage daily treasury operations for a regulated entity, including liquidity management, settlements and cash‑flow forecasting methodology.
• Optimize pre‑funding buffers and continuously improve liquidity management processes for Bolt operating companies.
• Lead treasury‑system and banking‑landscape projects, identifying automation and scalability opportunities.
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls across Treasury operations to meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven corporate treasury experience, preferably within a fintech or financially regulated multinational.
• Solid familiarity with treasury operations, systems and technology.
• Strong interest in automation, scalability and continuous process improvement.
• Structured, well‑organised working style with a hands‑on approach.
• People‑leadership experience combined with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
