Client Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our sales team. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end acquisition journey, from prospecting high‑potential advertisers and agencies to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities across the performance marketing ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, converting prospects into profitable clients.
• Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Represent Adcash at major AdTech conferences and events to generate warm leads.
• Coordinate client onboarding and activation with internal teams.
• Monitor early‑stage client performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Stay ahead of market trends, spotting new verticals and growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in AdTech, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Proven track record in sales or business development with a focus on new client acquisition.
• Established network of contacts within the performance marketing ecosystem.
• Experience attending and converting leads from major AdTech events.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of performance‑based pricing models: CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL.
• Familiarity with advertising formats: Popunder, Push, In‑Page Push, Native, Display, Interstitial.
