Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

Helmes Group is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join its small core marketing team. You will help translate the excitement of software development into accurate, passionate, and consistent digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and optimise digital content such as landing pages and campaign materials – from research and briefing to drafting, editing and final delivery.
• Produce and manage social media content, especially on LinkedIn, and support in‑house experts with personal content strategies.
• Analyse performance of content experiments and produce simple reports to guide optimisation.
• Act as the liaison between business units and external copywriters, designers and media partners, ensuring clear communication and task tracking.
• Enhance sales materials, presentations and handouts.
• Utilise SEO, analytics and research tools to improve content visibility and competitiveness.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; intermediate German is required.
• Strong interest in IT and familiarity with technical terminology.
• Professional or demonstrable experience in copywriting, editing and translating content in English.
• Project‑management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
• People‑focused attitude with the ability to build trust and relationships.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset capable of spotting valuable content opportunities.
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools is a plus, but fast learners are welcome.
