CRM Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Sisu Group, a fast-growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, is looking for a CRM Lifecycle Specialist in Tallinn. You will shape and run automated lifecycle programs that guide players from onboarding and engagement through retention, reactivation and win-back, forming the strategic backbone of the company's CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Create CRM lifecycle strategies for onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation and win-back
• Set up automated journeys and triggers across email, SMS and push notifications
• Work with the CRM Campaigns Team so lifecycle flows match promotions and create a unified player experience
• Partner with the creative team to build personal and relevant content
• Analyse player behaviour, lifecycle trends and campaign performance to find optimisation opportunities
• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, churn and revenue and recommend improvements
• A/B test ideas and messages to see what works best for the audience
• Align with product, marketing and support teams
• Ensure communications comply with industry rules, and that system logic and data tracking work correctly
• Stay up to date on privacy laws and best ways to communicate with players

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of how players behave and how to manage their journey
• Ability to work with data to find insights and turn them into actions
• Clear communication skills and focus on the customer experience
• Organisation and ability to keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
• Clear police record required

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms, email tools and basic analytics software
• Plus: familiarity with iGaming regulations and responsible gaming practices
