Growth Analyst

About the role

Bolt is a global mobility platform behind ride-hailing, food delivery, scooters, e-bikes and car-sharing, used by more than 200 million customers. As a Growth Analyst you will own campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets and analyse the return on investment (ROI) to determine the most strategic use of resources, including location, timing, method and amount spent. You will work closely with other Growth team members, Expansion Managers, Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets and optimise them to help the country team reach its growth targets.
• Process complex data sets to test hypotheses, set up A/B tests and other experiments, and analyse results with statistical techniques to guide decisions.
• Work proactively with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams to maximise the value of investments.
• Identify opportunities within the team and contribute to the global campaigns team playbook, processes and product requests.

Required profile

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
• Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing.
• Excellent SQL and Excel skills; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualisation such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
