Infrastructure Engineer – Data Centers

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our fast‑growing Cloud & AI infrastructure team near Tallinn, Estonia. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting server hardware in high‑performance data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex firmware and hardware issues on server platforms.
• Develop and apply work‑arounds for IT hardware problems.
• Serve as the escalation point for L1 and L2 technicians.
• Create and maintain processes and documentation for the hardware team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure service continuity.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of data centre operations and server equipment.
• Deep experience with IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and command‑line tools.
• Experience in equipment monitoring, data analysis and presenting findings.
• Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
