About the role
A hands-on Infrastructure Engineer is sought for the Infrastructure team in Tartu, Estonia (candidates based in Tallinn are also welcome, as the company has an office there). The role helps run and maintain the hybrid infrastructure that keeps the company's internal services running every day. It suits someone who likes taking ownership of infrastructure, solving technical problems, documenting their work and keeping systems reliable, secure and well maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Run self-hosted services, many in Docker
- Keep servers, storage and backups healthy and test that restores work
- Set up and manage Windows and macOS laptops
- Help colleagues with everyday IT requests and handle on-site office IT
- Document work so others can follow it
Required profile
- Several years of hands-on sysadmin experience
- Full responsibility for your own area
- Good English
Required skills
- Linux and Windows
- Docker or similar
- Solid networking basics
- Nice to have: scripting (Bash, PowerShell), monitoring and logging, some cloud experience, automations
