International Internship - Marketing, Sales & Operations (Remote, Unpaid)

About the role

Culture Vitale, a European/Parisian startup, is looking for a 3-month 360-degree international internship (unpaid, remote, part of your current studies) covering marketing, social, sales, operations, events and community. It offers exposure to Europe/EMEA, Asia/APAC, Australia/ANZ, the US and Canada, and includes mentoring with a CV revamp and LinkedIn review.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing and events: support content calendars, basic design and copy, posting and community replies, keep CRM tidy, update pages, and help scout and vet cultural, wellness and leadership development experiences and hosts
• Content and communications: draft posts, newsletters, blurbs and other communications
• Community: liaise with experience hosts and coordinate slots, information and logistics
• Events and operations: attend sessions on site, handle check-ins, venue liaison, materials and feedback capture, and follow up after events
• Sales: lead generation, first contact with prospects by email, LinkedIn or phone, outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, account management for early-stage clients, and helping build outreach frequencies, email templates and sales guidelines

Required profile

• High initiative and autonomy, organised and reliable with attention to detail
• People-centred, clear in writing and speaking, comfortable at events
• AI and tech-savvy, with interest in tools beyond basic ChatGPT and Zoom
• Fluent English; German or French is a bonus
• EU citizen or student visa holder with appropriate rights
• Internship must be part of your current studies, registered tripartite agreement with your institution, and insurance costs covered by your institution

Required skills

• Social media: Instagram and LinkedIn, and suites such as Canva
• Bonus: initial customer relations experience, knowledge of web management and project tools
