Marketing Internship – Video Content Creator

About the role

AI Eesti is an artificial-intelligence consultancy and growth partner helping Estonian and international companies and the public sector get value from AI, from audits to training and development. It is expanding into foreign markets and is looking for a creative intern to bring its stories in front of the camera. This is a four-month marketing internship working alongside the founders and the marketing team, filming content at client events and trainings, editing short videos and producing social media that sells and converts.

Key responsibilities

• Filming: capture training sessions, events and everyday work.
• Video editing: create short videos that grab attention and tell stories.
• Social media: help grow the Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
• Content creation: come up with new video ideas, write copy and try different formats.
• Teamwork: work with the team and partners and help bring ideas to life.

Required profile

• A good team player and fast learner with an eye for detail and good taste in content.
• Courage to pitch ideas and see them through.
• Genuine interest in video, social media and artificial intelligence.
• Nice to have: ability to use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop or Premiere (or the drive to learn them); prior content creation or social media experience; an existing portfolio.
