Part-time Business Development Manager (Transportation Data)

About the role

We are looking for an analytical, driven part-time Business Development Manager to execute targeted outbound prospecting, market research, and lead generation. Your primary focus will be reaching out to municipal transportation directors, city engineers, and public works authorities to introduce our standardized data lexicons and licensing tiers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted B2B and public sector outreach (primarily email/digital campaigns) to government and engineering entities.
• Perform market research to identify high‑value institutional prospects across international markets.
• Coordinate introductory calls and occasionally support initial Account Executive communications to advance pipeline momentum.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales prospecting, or cold outreach.
• Familiarity or comfort working with government, public sector, engineering, or technical data markets.
• Exceptional written communication skills (fluent English required; multilingual capabilities a strong plus).

What we offer

• Base hourly rate of $25.00 USD.
• Uncapped commission of 5 % on all closed‑won deals originating from your outreach or AE support.
