SAP Senior Payroll Technical Consultant

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a senior SAP consultant to lead the design, implementation and support of Employee Central Payroll solutions for Estonian payroll. The role combines functional expertise with hands‑on technical delivery in a collaborative, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into effective SAP ECP solutions.
• Provide functional expertise in Estonian Payroll (PY‑EE) ensuring compliance and high‑quality payroll processes.
• Participate in all phases of SAP ECP projects, including requirements gathering, specification, analysis, design, configuration, testing and go‑live support.
• Support Application Maintenance Services (AMS) – incident resolution, change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Contribute to user support services, maintaining client satisfaction and system stability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SAP ECP consultant.
• Strong expertise in Estonian Payroll (PY‑EE) and knowledge of local regulations.
• Experience delivering SAP implementation projects and/or AMS.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECP modules and integration points.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑facing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative environment.
