About the role
Join the Security Policy and Coordination Sector of eu‑LISA, the EU agency responsible for operating large‑scale IT systems that support security, migration and justice across Europe. As a Security Policy and Coordination Assistant you will help develop and maintain the agency’s security governance framework and support stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop security governance documents.
- Map operating procedures in the areas of Security Policy and Coordination.
- Draft documentation for security outreach activities and stakeholder management.
- Support the provision of training for eu‑LISA personnel.
- Organise security‑related events with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education attested by a diploma; a university degree is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on professional experience in the field.
- Great command of written and spoken English (minimum C1).
- Experience in security governance, risk and compliance, including contract/budget management and project coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management, cross‑cultural communication and consensus‑building skills in an international environment.
