Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

DoiT, a global technology company that helps cloud-driven organizations grow through its Cloud Intelligence solutions, is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager. The role reports to the Head of Growth and owns key parts of the digital acquisition engine, helping drive pipeline for the sales organization. It covers the cloud services and procurement offerings, the FinOps platform and the Channel Program, and is based remotely in Central & Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the paid digital acquisition strategy across key channels
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaign structure, targeting and performance to drive qualified leads and pipeline
• Own the relationship and performance management of paid media agencies and freelance specialists
• Own and execute the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
• Manage the paid media budget with global and regional marketing teams and cloud providers (AWS and Google) to optimize use of Marketing Development Funds (MDFs)
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and launch campaign assets
• Track and report paid ads and ABM performance weekly, identifying optimization opportunities
• Align growth initiatives with revenue goals by working with marketing, sales and other stakeholders

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies
• Strong background in B2B digital marketing and ABM, especially on LinkedIn, Reddit and Google
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets exceeding $1M annually
• Proven track record managing agency relationships and external partners
• Fluency in English

Required skills

• Deep understanding of digital advertising economics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline efficiency) and ability to model and optimize spend
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
