Senior Workday Consultant - Recruiting, Talent & Performance

About the role

Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to lead post‑production support and implementation of Workday Recruiting, Talent and Performance modules for global clients. You will partner with customers and internal teams to maximize the value of their Workday investment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, test and deploy Workday HCM solutions, adapting to evolving client requirements.
• Facilitate working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, propose best‑practice recommendations and alternative solutions.
• Lead medium to large‑scale projects, managing scope, quality and timelines without supervision.
• Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables for quality, and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Research issues, identify root causes and implement corrective measures for clients.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday, including post‑production/AMS services.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong client‑facing skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel less than 5% of the time.
