Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator

About the role

Join B2Spin’s fast‑moving Talent Acquisition team and keep the recruitment engine running at full speed. You will own ATS administration, maintain candidate database health, and deliver clear reporting so the team can focus on hiring great people.

Key responsibilities

• Administer multiple ATS platforms (including Ashby), ensuring pipelines are clean, data is accurate, and requisitions are up‑to‑date.
• Develop into the team’s Ashby power user by building automations, workflows, and documentation that reduce manual effort.
• Manage and optimise the global candidate database, maintaining GDPR compliance and high‑quality talent pools.
• Produce regular TA reports on pipeline activity, time‑to‑hire, and source effectiveness for stakeholders.
• Maintain job templates, recruitment trackers, and shared documentation that are on‑brand and easy to use.
• Support TA projects end‑to‑end, coordinating timelines, stakeholder input, and rollouts of new tools and processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on ATS administration experience with a focus on pipeline hygiene and data integrity.
• Ability to work with data and create clean, actionable reports for non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record managing and segmenting candidate databases while ensuring GDPR and privacy compliance.
• Comfortable juggling multiple systems and producing clear process documentation.
• Experience with Ashby or the ability to become a power user of a new ATS quickly.
• Direct communicator who takes accountability seriously and thrives in a remote‑first environment.
