Systems Integration Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Systems Integration Manager will lead Deel’s integration efforts, providing technical consulting, troubleshooting, and project management for customers across the SMB to enterprise spectrum. You will act as the primary liaison between Success, Onboarding, and product teams to ensure seamless API and integration experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integration and API issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration problems, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning through execution, including requirements gathering, strategy definition, and testing.
• Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs.
• Create and maintain internal and external resources for self‑serve integrations.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in technical consulting, implementation project management, or support within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and proven project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with senior client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
