Technical Delivery Lead

About the role

Proekspert is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of solutions for its manufacturing and smart‑device customers across Europe. You will act as the technical bridge between sales, engineering, and clients, ensuring that projects are architecturally sound, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, planning, and execution across multiple projects within the Business Unit.
• Represent the technical perspective in customer meetings, support pre‑sales activities, validate needs, and propose viable solution approaches.
• Guide and mentor delivery teams, remove blockers, and keep focus on timely delivery.
• Ensure engineering quality, architectural soundness, and scalability of delivered solutions.
• Oversee project health throughout the lifecycle—from onboarding to execution and ramp‑down.
• Align delivery practices with business objectives, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and best‑practice engineering.

Required profile

• Solid technical foundation with hands‑on experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Engineer.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, capable of inspiring and developing engineers.
• Confidence in technical pre‑sales, solution planning, and client communication.
• Ability to understand both technical details and business context, acting as a bridge between them.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Estonian is a plus.
