After Sales Service Leader - Refrigeration (Baltics, flexible location)

About the role

Epta is looking for an After Sales Service Leader to build and develop its after-sales business across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The role suits someone with a strong technical and commercial mindset who enjoys developing business, spotting new opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. Candidates must live in or near Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius to commute to an EPTA office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Epta's after-sales business across the three countries
• Identify market opportunities and build relationships with existing and new customers
• Develop service agreements, quotations and after-sales solutions
• Coordinate service and maintenance activities with local partners and support the regional service partner network
• Drive spare-parts and service sales
• Work closely with local teams and international colleagues and travel regularly within the Baltic region

Required profile

• Experience in after sales, service, technical support or business development
• Technical background, ideally in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, cooling, heating or a related field; direct commercial refrigeration experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and take ownership
• Proactive, flexible and collaborative approach
• Fluent English; Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian is highly valued
