B2B Sales Specialist

About the role

Culligan Estonia, part of the global Culligan Group, provides drinking water solutions for businesses and households. As a B2B Sales Specialist you will grow the company's customer base in Estonia by reaching out to new business customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable water solutions. You will also maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, manage your own client portfolio and drive additional sales. The role involves face-to-face meetings with potential customers across Estonia.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new business customers and build long-term partnerships
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable Culligan water solutions
• Present Culligan solutions professionally during face-to-face visits across Estonia
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate through to contract signing
• Drive upselling of additional products and services to existing customers
• Build customer-focused relationships and achieve sales targets

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and managing business customer relationships
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Excellent spoken and written Estonian and good English
• Valid Category B driving licence
