AI / Agent Developer

About the role

As an AI / Agent Developer at Bolt, you will design, build, and operate AI agents and LLM‑powered automation that streamline internal people processes. Working closely with the Senior AI/Agent Engineer, you will take well‑defined agents from implementation through testing, release, and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production‑ready AI agents, multi‑step LLM pipelines, and automated workflows with safe tool interactions and human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints.
• Maintain evaluation and regression suites, implement logging, monitoring, alerting, audit trails, and cost‑control mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, manage retries, and protect data integrity.
• Apply security, privacy, and data‑protection best practices, including scoped permissions and data minimisation for sensitive employee data.
• Document technical designs, JIRA tasks, and contribute to code and design reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and People teams to understand processes, improve data quality, and share AI advancements.
