AI Trainer and Consultant

About the role

AI Eesti helps companies in the Baltics understand AI, its ways of working and its risks and opportunities. It is looking for a strong communicator with genuine curiosity about AI and technology who has built something with AI themselves. The role runs practical training sessions, leads client projects and helps find new markets, partners and training products. You do not need to be a finished trainer or AI expert; the company teaches you the tools and methods.

Key responsibilities

• Training (about 50% of time): run hands-on AI workshops in companies, the public sector and at company events, teaching use of tools such as Claude and ChatGPT and helping participants build useful workflows; keep course outlines current and test new tools.
• Project management and client communication (about 20%): work with clients to map where AI saves the most time and money, and run the training project from start to finish.
• Growing the training business (about 30%): help create new training programmes and AI services, look for new markets and partners and test new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Has built something with AI themselves, such as a workflow, agent, automation or personal experiment.
• Willing to stand in front of a room and speak so that everyone follows; learning speed, discipline and drive for results matter more than a long CV.
• Nice to have: previous experience in training, presenting or teaching; experience in sales or client-facing work; daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or n8n; ability to train in both Estonian and English; willingness to travel within the Baltics.

• Full-time, on-site role at the office in the city centre, Rotermanni 14.
• Base salary of €1,500–2,000 per month plus performance pay.
