About the role

Coop Eesti is looking for an Analyst to translate business needs into actionable data insights. You will gather and connect various data sources, build clear visualisations, and analyse results to help the company understand its operational dynamics and the impact of different business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and clarify the data requirements of business units.
• Collect, integrate, and maintain multiple data sets.
• Create comprehensive visualisations and dashboards.
• Analyse data outcomes and present findings to support fact‑based decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights align with business objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as an analyst.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience developing reports with BI tools.
• Excellent communication and self‑expression skills.
• Higher education in economics or finance.
• Fluent Estonian and good English proficiency.
