Backend .NET Developer

About the role

Tickmill is seeking a Backend .NET Developer to join its rapidly expanding team. You will work on designing, building and maintaining backend services that integrate with a variety of internal and external systems, supporting the company’s multi‑regulated brokerage platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and support backend services with a focus on system integrations.
• Write automated unit tests, perform code reviews and help improve quality processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, debug issues and fix bugs.
• Maintain code quality, organization and automation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, protocols and industry trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot and debug integration issues.
• Experience with version‑control systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
