BD & Growth Ops Manager (Autonomous Vehicles)

About the role

Bolt is building the infrastructure for autonomous mobility across Europe and needs a BD & Growth Ops Manager to own the execution layer of its commercial partnerships. You will combine data‑driven modelling, program management and partner operations to help launch physical AI on public roads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop revenue‑share models, unit‑economics and scenario analyses to support partnership decisions.
• Run OKR tracking, reporting cadences and maintain executive dashboards.
• Manage NDA and contract workflows, schedule external engagements and coordinate partner activities.
• Create data‑backed presentation decks for partner conversations.
• Build performance dashboards and pipeline trackers to monitor deal outcomes.
• Travel 30‑40% across Europe to support partner meetings and external engagements.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in commercial excellence, business development or operations within fast‑growing tech firms or Big‑4 consulting.
• Strong analytical and modelling capabilities with a focus on scalable, repeatable frameworks.
• Excellent written communication, able to produce structured documents and executive‑level decks.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive accountability.
• Willingness to travel extensively (30‑40%).
• Automotive or autonomous‑vehicle experience is a plus.
