Civil QAQC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Civil QAQC Engineer to support project execution in Estonia. The role focuses on quality control of civil and structural works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with design, regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control of civil and structural works on the construction site.
• Inspect construction materials, workmanship and related documentation (certificates, declarations, test reports).
• Identify and record defects, prepare reports and supervise corrective actions.
• Collaborate with construction managers, technical supervision engineers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Review and maintain as‑built documentation.
• Ensure works comply with design documentation, regulatory requirements, technical specifications and quality standards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites implementing civil or structural projects; quality control or technical supervision experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, concrete works, structural works, earthworks, foundations and related technologies.
• Understanding of construction regulations, quality standards and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural designs and working drawings.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good command of English for working in an international team.
