Cluster NPI & Industrialization Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cluster NPI & Industrialization Manager to lead new‑product introduction and industrialisation across our three Estonian factories in Tartu, Narva and Tallinn. You will be responsible for turning concepts into manufacturable products while driving Lean excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development and standardisation of NPI and industrialisation activities across the cluster.
• Ensure successful introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop manufacturing processes and improve operational performance and productivity.
• Implement Lean and Operational Excellence principles throughout the organisation.
• Coach and develop local NPI leads while promoting best‑practice sharing across sites.
• Manage performance, progress and risks of NPI and industrialisation projects.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in engineering with solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in NPI, industrialisation, product development or manufacturing development.
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive change from concept to implementation.
• Analytical, structured, with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Understanding of Lean principles and ability to apply them to improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English.
