Delivery Lead – Embedded Solutions

About the role

Proekspert is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery of embedded solutions for its Devices Business Unit. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering teams, shaping solution design, overseeing execution, and ensuring long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and health monitoring of projects across the Business Unit.
• Represent the technical voice in customer meetings, support pre‑sales, validate needs, and translate them into viable solutions.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams, remove blockers, and keep focus on quality and timelines.
• Develop individual development plans aligned with technology trends and unit competencies.
• Ensure architectural soundness, scalability, and quality of delivered solutions.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, execution, and ramp‑down phases.
• Align delivery practices with business goals, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Solid technical foundation with hands‑on experience as an Embedded Engineer.
• Proven leadership of small teams, with mentorship and coaching abilities.
• Confidence in technical pre‑sales, solution planning, and client communication.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve technical challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
