DFX Specialist

About the role

Innokas, a Finnish CDMO, is seeking an experienced DFX Specialist to join its Tallinn factory. You will ensure that new and existing electronic products are manufactured and tested efficiently, reliably and cost‑effectively, working closely with production, development, quality, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support DFX and NPI projects from prototype to serial production.
• Plan production lines, methods, tools and work instructions.
• Prepare and review production documentation such as PFMEA, Control Plans and DHRs.
• Improve production efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, quality, reliability and testing.
• Resolve production issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and support CAPA activities.
• Assist product transfers, production ramp‑ups and personnel training.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on manufacturability and production matters.

Required profile

• Relevant higher‑education degree in a technical field.
• At least five years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in DFX, NPI, industrialisation or manufacturing engineering.
• Broad understanding of electronics and mechanical manufacturing.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Estonian, Russian or Finnish are a plus.
• Proactive, practical attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• ERP systems (e.g., Lean ERP).
• PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter).
• Production documentation tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, DHRs.
• Root‑cause analysis and CAPA methodologies.
