Digital Marketing & Growth Scientist

About the role

Gritnord is building a B2B matchmaking platform that connects companies with buyers, suppliers and business partners, and wants to turn identified opportunities into conversations, meetings and relationships. It is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Scientist to work directly with leadership, research and engineering teams to develop new ways of reaching decision-makers and driving engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Test radically more effective ways to reach buyers, suppliers and business decision-makers.
• Combine existing and emerging channels into new acquisition strategies, journeys and engagement sequences.
• Experiment across SEO, GEO, AI search, paid media, social networks, content, inbound, outbound and unconventional channels.
• Research how messaging, channel choice, context, willingness and timing affect engagement and conversion.
• Build low-budget acquisition strategies and engagement methods that generate qualified meetings.
• Run controlled experiments, measure commercial outcomes and turn successful discoveries into scalable product capabilities.
• Work hands-on with AI, data, automation and engineers, and stay ahead of emerging technologies and channels.

Required profile

• Proven track record of outstanding digital marketing and growth results, ideally with limited resources.
• Hands-on expert in several digital acquisition disciplines, not just an agency manager.
• Deep knowledge of modern digital marketing and understanding of audience behavior, content and conversion journeys.
• Comfortable working with data, AI, automation and technical teams.
• Results and original thinking matter more than degrees or years of experience.

Required skills

• Digital marketing: SEO, GEO, AEO, SEM, paid social, CRO, ABM and marketing automation.
• Behavioral psychology, statistical testing, attribution and conversion optimization.
• AI/LLM discovery and experimentation.
