Partnership and Growth Intern

About the role

GamingCenter is a remote-first digital marketplace connecting content creators, professional gamers, esports coaches and their audiences through bookable gaming experiences. It is looking for a Partnership and Growth Intern to support its global business development and ecosystem expansion. The internship is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners such as gaming organizations, esports teams, content creators and education platforms
• Assist with outreach and relationship management
• Help prepare presentations, partnership proposals and reports
• Contribute to tracking key metrics on user acquisition, creator onboarding and market growth
• Coordinate with internal teams on partnership initiatives, monitor industry trends and help optimize workflows for cross-border collaboration
• Bring ideas to strengthen GamingCenter's presence in target regions and engagement within the gaming community

Required profile

• Interest in partnership development and growth, with an understanding of business development, relationship management or ecosystem building
• Knowledge of the gaming, esports or digital creator economy, and motivation to follow industry trends
• Ongoing studies or recent graduation in business, marketing, communications, international management or a related field is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Strong research and analytical abilities, including basic market research, data collection and synthesis of insights
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to prepare concise presentations, emails and reports
• Comfort working remotely and across cultures and time zones
• Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, slide tools, CRM or project management platforms) is beneficial
