Director of Sales

About the role

Hilton Tallinn Park is seeking a passionate, people‑focused Director of Sales to lead its sales team and drive growth across all market segments. This senior commercial leader will shape the hotel’s sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations and Hilton Worldwide Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, group, leisure and transient segments.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and business development.
• Drive revenue growth for rooms, meetings, events and catering, exceeding individual and team targets.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts and nurture long‑term partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Groups & Events and operational leaders to maximise hotel performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial planning, analysing performance results and pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales leadership within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and growing market share.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills with corporate and event clients.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Strategic mindset with solid analytical and commercial acumen.
