About the role

The Energy Center Maintenance Technician ensures reliable operation of boiler houses in the South Estonia region. The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, fault correction and reporting to guarantee uninterrupted heat supply to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic condition assessments and review work regimes of energy centers.
• Carry out maintenance, repair and troubleshooting tasks on boiler and automation systems.
• Document activities and produce reports on work performed.
• Eliminate operational faults and deviations from scheduled procedures.
• Participate in on‑call operational watch according to the roster, including night shifts when required.
• Collaborate with the regional maintenance team, project managers and the automation department.

Required profile

• Technical education or relevant work experience in energy, electricity or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and automation.
• Ability to communicate in English at a functional level.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and work independently.
• Readiness to work night shifts and participate in on‑call duties.
