Estonian Speaking Support Associate

About the role

Wolt is looking for an Estonian‑speaking Support Associate to join its fast‑growing customer service team in Tallinn. You will be the first point of contact for customers, couriers and partner venues, helping to keep the delivery experience smooth and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers, couriers and venues through live chat and phone channels.
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted delivery operations.
• Collaborate with the support team and other departments to continuously improve the support function.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a personal, customer‑focused approach.
• Fast learner who can multitask in a high‑pace environment.
• Available to work 8‑hour shifts, five days a week, between 08:00–22:00.
• Fluent in Estonian and proficient in English.
• Willing to work onsite at Wolt’s Tallinn office.
