Facilities Specialist

About the role

Luminor is looking for a Facilities Specialist in Tallinn to run the bank's day-to-day facilities services, including physical security. You will organise maintenance and improvement projects for the bank and its subsidiaries so that the premises fit the needs of users. The position is full-time and open mainly to candidates already living in the Baltics.

Key responsibilities

• Own facilities-related and transportation service processes and contracts (rent, maintenance and other services)
• Provide employees with a modern, high-quality working environment through improvement projects
• Run security and safety processes and lead workplace management
• Handle physical security matters within Luminor
• Manage the bank's fixed assets and keep an asset inventory
• Train employees on facilities, working environment and safety
• Help employees with support requests and cooperate with HR, risk, accounting and other units

Required profile

• Practical experience in facilities management, construction or a related field, with knowledge of building operations and workplace environments
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and an interest in physical security
• Experience coordinating or contributing to construction, renovation, maintenance or other facilities projects
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and prepare clear documentation and internal procedures
• Fluent spoken and written English and Estonian, as the role works at Pan-Baltic level

• Gross salary of 2,290–2,860 EUR per month, depending on experience and competencies
