Facilities Specialist

About the role

Luminor, the leading independent bank in the Baltics, is looking for a Facilities Specialist to look after the day-to-day running of the bank's facilities services, including physical security. The postholder organises maintenance and improvement projects for the bank and its subsidiaries so that the premises fit the needs of users. The role is open to candidates mainly already living in the Baltics.

Key responsibilities

• Own facilities-related and transportation service processes and contracts (rent, maintenance and other services)
• Provide employees with a modern, high-quality working environment through improvement projects
• Execute security and safety processes and lead workplace management
• Handle physical security matters within Luminor
• Keep the bank's fixed assets under control and maintain their inventory
• Organise training for employees on facilities, working environment and safety
• Support employees with various requests and cooperate with other units such as HR, risk and accounting

Required profile

• Practical experience in facilities management, construction or a related field, with an understanding of building operations and workplace environments
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and an interest in physical security
• Experience coordinating or contributing to construction, renovation, maintenance or other facilities projects
• Fluent spoken and written English and Estonian, as the work is at Pan-Baltic level
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and prepare clear documentation and internal procedures

• Gross salary of 2,290–2,860 EUR per month, depending on experience and competencies
