About the role
Starship Technologies is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide end‑to‑end financial support and strategy for its Corporate Functions such as People, Legal, and IT. You will build finance partnering relationships from scratch and turn financial data into actionable strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and own finance relationships with Corporate Function leads, acting as a trusted strategic challenger.
- Lead forecasting, commentary on actuals, variance analysis, and budget management across key overhead areas.
- Leverage the Pigment EPM platform to develop deep financial models and forecasts.
- Identify quick wins and long‑term cost efficiencies within overhead spend.
- Set up recurring monthly financial review processes and reporting frameworks that support decision‑making.
Required profile
- 4+ years in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering with experience partnering with senior non‑finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build business partnering frameworks from scratch with high autonomy.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel and G‑Suite proficiency.
- Experience with modern EPM tools, preferably Pigment.
- Strong financial modeling and multi‑source data handling.
