Flight Operations Recruiter

About the role

The Flight Operations Recruiter leads the end‑to‑end hiring process for pilots and, when needed, other office positions at Marabu Airlines. Working closely with the Fleet Manager and operational teams, the role ensures a smooth recruitment journey and a positive experience for all candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for pilots, from job posting to offer.
• Support occasional recruitment for office roles.
• Publish job ads on appropriate channels and platforms.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews and assessments, including simulator tests for pilots.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining clear communication.
• Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Track recruitment metrics to aid workforce planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the recruitment function.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Manager, HR, and operational departments to align hiring with airline standards.
• Travel abroad as required for pilot assessments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in aviation.
• Experience handling high‑volume or operational recruitment processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing recruitment needs.
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.
